Dr. Stephanie Klein joined the practice in 2017 and was born and raised in Santa Maria, CA. As a local, she began her studies at Allan Hancock College and from there she transferred to UC Davis for her undergraduate studies where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Animal Biology. She attended Western University of Health Sciences in Los Angeles for Veterinary School where she tracked mixed animal with a special interest in avian and exotic medicine. She is passionate about all animals, the human-animal bond, and providing personalized, compassionate care to families and their pets.
Dr. Klein spends most of her time with Henry and Harrison, two orange tabby cats who love to go everywhere with their mom. She enjoys all animals big and small. At home she has a Sulcata tortoise named Simon, two Russian tortoises named Monkey and Bump, a Grand Cayman blue iguana named Susana, two Serama hens named Peaches and Covey, and lots of fish. Dr. Klein loves crafting and being outdoors whether it is in the backyard or hiking up a mountain to have a grand adventure.
